As in her mind? 2x17, Eva's mind: Klaus arrives almost too late (because he's unable to trust Freya) as Eva is about to kill Vincent with a kiss, Klaus joins Elijah to help anchor Freya, and baby Rebekah is able to stab and kill Eva in that time. Thus with a kiss, Eva dies.
Rebekah uses her body for a while longer, though.

She was locked up in the witch asylum (before Bex was thrown into her body) for kidnapping children for her ritual. It's implied that Vincent knew where she was and expected to not see her again. As of now, we just don't know what happened to their unborn kid.
